How to Apply

If your organisation is eligible to apply for support, you may submit an application during one of our application rounds throughout the year. The table below sets out these rounds.

Event date:  The date your event falls on any time after the 1st of the month for that round.

Closing date for applications: The final day you are able to make a submission for that round.

Response period: The period we inform you via email as to whether your application has been successful.

If successful, we will email you a travel voucher for one of our services – Northern Explorer, Interislander, Coastal Pacific and TranzAlpine. Your travel voucher will be sent to you via the email address on your application form.
